Well just an update after having 3 months of waiting for telkom to setup my ADSL line a telkom tech (Curwin from east london) prompted telkom to solve this problem and in the end he installed my line even though Gonubie is not his area of work. I am very satisfied with the work he has done including the assistance from the ladies working at retail park telkom and the manager Clint.
