Cell C 3G 2GB Data Bundle Useless

Since moving to East London in December 2012 I've been experiencing connection problems. Tonight is one of the first times in weeks I've been able to get onto the internet and I have to use the intermittent signal to complain about incompetent staff at Vincent Cell C East London. After going there in April to ask them to test my stick they told me to call customer care line. I then asked to see a Manager (in an empty store) the 6 month employee told me to hand over the stick so that he could work out if I had any cap remaining! YES!!! still over 2 GIGS as I had not used any!!! He then proceeded to make suggestions that the networks were undergoing changes from 3G to 4G and that I should be patient when logging on! After getting no where he gave me there customer number and told me to call!
I have taken pictures of my screen saying no internet access when my Cell C connection says I am connected! I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, disconnecting and reconnecting many times. I have WASTED over R600 of this bundle which I have not been able to use. Who can I contact to get my bundle refunded or extended and FIXED!
