Not responding to requests for proof of charges

I received no invoices from Vodacom for almost a year, then in last year I changed my banking details and found it impossible to get them to stop my debit orders. They don't accept it by phone, I tried to get on their website and it kept on informing me that they had a problem. So I went to to the local shop and they told me I have to contact head office. Eventually I decided, they can contact me. So when they did the person told me I have to pay R470.00. that was near end of June. I told him I can't pay full amount, I will split it R200.00 on 3/7/2013 and R270.00 on1/8/2013 and he said that's fine by him. I figured that settles the account, so I can now continue to pay R185.00 per month, which I did for 2 months. Then when my sister tried to upgrade the phone we were told the account was closed because I owed R470.00. When I asked for a breakdown of account because according to me I owe them nothing. They sent me 1 page which only shows what I paid not how they got to R470.00 outstanding. and up to today they have done nothing about it, but continues to pester me with threatening calls
