I had a game account and after asking for the settlement figure at the cashier, she phoned and got the figure and typed it in the card machine, I then paid the amount and thought this is the end off my p[problem. I have all the documentation. After 3 months I tried to get finance for a new vehicle and it was turned down. I then phoned the bank and asked them why it was turned down, and the lady said, because rcs put your name on ITC for bad debt. I then phoned game, RCS and they told me I didn't pay the R270, and after I explained to her that I did pay the full settlement amount, she said, No the settlement amount was R1300 and you paid R1030. I then realised that the lady at game entered 1030 instead of 1300. After 3 months the interest and duties made up a figure of R470. I then paid the R470 and asked Rcs to remove my name from the ITC list, but she said, no she cannot. Why cannot my name be removed. I am fed up with RCS, because 20 calls later, nothing happen, and this is making my life miserable, and it wasn't even my fault. I don't have time to sit on the phone the whole day, because I actually work unlike RCS people.
Please help me with this inconvenience.
