Dissapointed and disgusted!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have recieved from mtn after being a loyal customer for almost 10 years! I have my contract from the year 2005 and this year was the first time I actually needed a repair done on my phone due to a software issue. I booked my phone phone in at the mtn branch at Carnival mall near picknpay on the 18th of December 2013, todays date is currently 21st January 2014. So more than a month later and I still dont have a phone. No one contacted me as to what what was happening with my phone until I had to contact them 3 weeks later after countless calls of no answer they told me my phone has been sitting at the store and hasn't even been booked in yet!
My biggest dissapointment thus far is the service I have recieved from the staff at mtn. They are rude and have a don't care attitude about helping their customers. I was told by Mr Jerkin Moyo that he is very busy to follow up on every query and if I wish to cancel my contract, mtn has millions of other customers.
I still have no clue whats going on with my phone and they refuse to answer their phones, even going in personally to the store doesnt help.
CAN'T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END!
