I have an account with Autopage, on the 29th of Dec 2013 i recived an sms that my line has been soft lock and the amount was R316. i went to a store to find out if i can increase my monthly limit (westgate Mall) and the guy assisted me to make it R 400 . to my surprise on the 2nd of Jan there was a debit order deduction of R1357.52 which was not paid . on the 04 of Jan i recieved an sms confirming my balance is R520. how did it move from 520 to R1357.52 in 4 days?? worse part i called the call centre and the agent was rude, and i asked her to send me a bill but till to date nothing . when i did my application for this phone i quaalified for R800 credit so who gives Autopage rights to deduct that amout and not even call me as a client. under customer Act that is not allowed... i'm really off and i think this is a rip off and consultants don't even know how to explain billing... nx!!!
