Bad customer service

In January this year, i changed my banking details. All my debit orders were moved to the new account. Only about a month ago, i realized that my autopage contract has been suspended. I dont realy use this phone. I found out that the reason was that the debit order came back unpaid. I was in contact with the bank. They sent an email to autopage, which was answered, but my bank details were never changed. I contacted autopage. After about two weeks, they told me that the email was never read. Error on their side. They told me they will deduct an amount from the outstanding amount. Ofcourse i was still liable for the bigger amount outstanding. I argued this and said that i wasnt prepared to pay for someone elses error. I discussed this with a gentleman called Dave. Hebthan said that Melony will get back to me. I am still awaiting her phonecall. I checked my bank statement today and an amount of about R470.00 was debited from my bank account from autopage. How can they do this, without getting back to me and how can they do this, without my permission? The debit order for my contract is just over R100.00. I am very disgusted with. the service they have given me regarding this matter.
