I bought a R20 1voucher on 3 November 2023 at 15:25 at the mobile shop where I always buy. At 16:00, I logged into my Hollywood's account and entered the voucher. However, it replied with "Sorry, timeout session." I tried again, but then I checked Hollywood's message, which stated that there was a problem with voucher deposits and maintenance was busy. I waited, and after an hour, I tried again. Then, I sent an email to Hollywood's help service, and they replied with a reference number.
Now, 10 minutes before I sent this at 00:41, I tried again, but nothing is still showing on my account. I want my deposit sorted out now, and Hollywood can give something extra for my waiting.
