UNACCEPTABLE BILLING FOR A NON CONTRACT

This is totally unacceptable, i have just found out today that i am being billed for a contract which i don't have any more and cancelled with vodacom... 1 call centre agents says its not cancelled, and when i phone back the other one says it has been cancelled and i have to speak to the billing department to sort out this query... my problem is i am being declined from various credit applications as my vodacom account is in arrears WHICH I DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE AND CANCELLED WITHIN 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY PERIOD!! PLEASE ANSWER ME ON THIS AS THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE... THis is making my life a living, i do not have the cellphone and none of the accessories that came with the phone in my possession anymore. I WANT ANSWERS TO WHY I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR THE NOKIA LUMIA 800!! I called and called everyday after the handset was collected to find out if this was cancelled and i was assured it has been cancelled and i left it at that, to my SHOCK Today i am still being billed monthly for a handset i do not have and is back in the possession of VODACOM REWARDS COMPANY!! And RAM was the courier company delivered and collected the handset...
