I am currently on hold with a call center consultant who is adamant that I contact the courier company that Vodacom has contracted to, to collect a handset that was renewed under false assurances and supplied by by ceompletely uninterested courier company RAM who also initially could not find my office, then attempted to deliver to the wrong office and provided feedback that I was on leave when delivery was to take place, so I received the handset weeks later than i was supposed to. Unfortunately, what i had asked for was not what i received. so I called the call center and advised them of the situation and was told that the handset would be collected and the contract reversed.
That was in JULY, it is now Septemeber and i am being billed for the contract. VODACOM now wants me, the customer, to call THEIR courier company to find out when the handset will be collected.
I'm frustrated at the poor service provided by VODACOM AND RAM COURIER SERVICES! and will never use them again! Try the reference number S3-TV02C-C96EZ to view how many times i have called in to have some feedback on the same issue! the service is pathetic!
