Ad service and passing the buck

I handed my blackbery in at ladysmith on the 10/01/2014 they informed me I had to have the software updated. They sent my fone to dbn and Ireceived an sms to pay money at standard bank, this I did. Wen i phoned I was told I made an eft and now had to wait 2 days, in the meantime i faxed an prooof of payment.on monday i phoned and was asked whether i payed or not, i was mad and told the lady to leave it i will report it on hallo peter. This morning i phoned again to see if annythinh had changed and was asked again wheter i payed. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I LOSE IT
