Paid money into wrong account

On 30 april 2013 I asked the lady at enquierys to transfer money from my account number to a standerd bank account number. She loaded the bennificiarys on the computer and send someone outside with me to send the money from the machine outside the bank.the lady showed me what to do. I then send the money 3400 rand to koalet poperties where I rent my flat. 2 days later they phoned me and ask if I payed my flat. I then whent with my bank slip to show them I payed the money. They then saw that the account number was short of one number. I went back to absa bank and according to them the money will bounce back to my account within 7 working days. Its now the 13th of may and the money is still not back in my account. I've been to absa hercules 7 times and no one seems to have a answer as to where the money is.standard bank only says it wasn't there fault and that the account number they transferred the money to is non existing account. Moneyu was transferred from my absa account number 9278396478 into account number 01177907 at standard bank. It was supposed to go to 011779071. The are not giving me any answers as to where my money is or wheter I will get it back or not. Jacondalindeque
