On the 3rd of may 2013 I saw that dstv double debited my account,
I phoned dstv to find out what was going on, they tell me this "the payment for april was not made, "
I told them I did make the payment I made it on the 4th of april 2013,
They said I must email the proof of payment to them. I lost my slip so I went to
The company where I payed my account and asked them to get me a slip. On
Monday the 6th of may I recived the slip and emailed Charles on tuesday the
7th of may 2013. I then phoned again on wednesday to find out if dstv received
My email and they said yes and my problem has been escalated. They told me that
Payment will take up to seven day. I phone again today the 14th may 2013 to find out
If everything was in order, well its not, they don't have my email I had to resend it
Now I have to wait another 7 days and the best part of it all is when I opened my
Dstv account I asked the lady who was dealing with my account to open a debit order
On my name that was not done as well. I had to run around to pay my account.
This is unfair on there part they need to hire people that are competent in there job.
I'm not happy!
