Our phone in Craighall Park goes off every single December! We decided not to cover our bill until the phone line was fixed after countless fault reporting and hours on the phone!
Saturday the 18th January 2014 I paid a R1000 bill on account that the line cannot be "checked" unless the bill is paid for!
I was told the line will be working immediately, to no surprise my line is still not working Tuesday 21st January.
I've also been told I will receive NO credit note for the months of payment iv made with NO line in working order, on the account that I do not have those Reference numbers.
Today I have called twice being on the phone for 30 minuets and being cut off when I finally am transferred to a supervisor.
Does telkom not care about customers at all???
