I have reported my business fax line out of order twice in the last 5 days, to no avail. No technician has contacted me to repair the line, despite the call centre agent assuring me that my query had been "elevated".
This morning I tried calling again, only to be disconnected after 3 minutes. This happened yesterday afternoon as well.
