I am starting to take desperate measures to try get some service out of Standard Bank!
I refer to the above bond account at your bank. We applied for a building loan, it was granted mid April and the following day a person from Standard Bank contacted me regarding a re-advance of R700 000.00 I could get from this bond.
I went to Standard Bank, had the forms completed and the consultant faxed the forms to Standard Bank. 2 days later they had still not received it so I went back to the bank, realised the consultant used the wrong fax number, took the forms and faxed it myself.
I then phoned the next day only to be told that the forms had not been completed correctly by the consultant so I went back again, got it completed again and then faxed it again to Standard Bank.
I phoned the following day to confirm it was received, I was told it was a the payout would take 3 days. On Friday 3 May the money had still not been paid out so I phoned again and was told the top half of the re-advance form was cut off. I was told to fax it again. I then faxed it again 3 times and phoned on 6 May to confirm it was received. It wasn't.
