POOR SERVICE!!! MAYBE TOP TV IS AN OPTION

After sending numerous emails to [Email Removed] since Monday 02/12/2013 i have not received a single response. Tried calling on numerous occasion and is expected to stay on the line for 20 minutes with no answer??? I am 9 months pregnant with a baby due at any minute. I have addressed a billing issue which seems to be falling on deaf ears or just blatantly being ignored by staff that are on lunch all day. I made an internet payment to your account last month and sent my proof of payment to you after my services got disconnected. I have done the same payment to you again this month (scheduled payment on my FNB internet banking) yet i have now received 3 Pop up mail messages on my DSTV decoder about having to pay R1366.00 or my services will be disconnected? I do not know who is not doing their jobs however i suggest you figure that out, cause if my services are disconnected this matter is going to turn into a terrible outcome. Get your act together Multi-Choice!!!

It is not my responsibility to send you proof of payments month after month as your should be able to track a clients payment via either account or reference number!
