OVERCHARGED ACCOUNT

I upgraded my contract for a new laptop at the end of October 2013. My agreement with them was a Internet connection with the option of a top up contract. Even though I had a former contract with Vodacom, I have an uncapped modem with MTN, which means I never use the Vodacom bundles. At the end of December they debited my account with R1943.68, this is a total rip-off, as my standard contract is R319.68. I have contacted their accounts department, they issued me with a Ref No. S3/04U1E/E1R2N on the 7/1/2014. I called back on the 14/1/2014, they promised that I would recieve an answer within 2 days. Today is the 20/1/2014 and yet still no response from them. What sort of business is Vodacom running?
