VODACOM A BUNCH OF!!!

I have a contract with Vodacom and from day one I haven't been getting any Joy from the service provider
I took out a contract with then towards the last quarter of the year, I have paid in for my phone which is a Blackberry Q10 on a smart small contract which initially was R299pm. I wanted a lower instalment so I paid in a amount of R1800.00 to bring my monthly instalment to R180.00 Pm, I have agreed like a fool to ever take a contract with VODACOM, From day one there has been issues with them My phone gets soft locked when they feel they need to make money off me! They send me SMS's saying that my call limit, my data usage has been exceeded by 90% of my voluntary call limit of R50.The strange part is that I always have Mins and Data on my phone. Currently I have 34minutes ; 137.58MB of DATA and 243 SMS's SO HOW DO I EXCEED MY MONTLY USAGE??? CAN SOME ONE EXPLAIN THIS? I use my phone only for BBM which I have been told the day I have taken out the contract that BBM is unlimited and free for 24months and I go on FB which I don't even use the app I go into the browser to excess that and that is not even all the time as I have a I-Pad and a Samsung S3 that I use for that as
