For the first time that I had this account since 2003 I paid late, received a message stating I should make the payment. Then I made the payment on 3 July. On 4 July my account was suspended because I didn't send a proof of payment. I sent the proof of payment to and email address [Email Removed]
I have received no response. Later that day my service was restored.

But is still didn't have any BIS.
On Monday, I still didn't have BIS and in the morning my account was suspended once again. My wife called the credit department and spoke with Avishkar Singh. He confirmed that the account was paid and all was in order. On Wednesday 10 July I received a SMS stating they have not received my Proof of Payment. I called and spoke to Nira as Avishkar was not available. She noted that it was in order and I should ignore the message. Today Thursday 11 July I received a message stating they have not received my payment and the account will be suspended. I called and spoke to Avishkar . he noted that all was in order and sent a email confirming all is in order. After the email my account was suspended!!! Autopage is Useless!!
