Charged for overdue Account, Bad customer service

Good day

I pay my Edgars account promtly every single month using [URL Removed] which is a medium recommended by Edcon. I can not always get to store so this works perfectly for me.

This month. I have been receiving phone calls and sms's regarding my overdue account of which I did make payment the same way I do every month- [URL Removed] I took this up with Edcon, on their website, phoning the call centre and even going into store, Edgars Fourways mall. All anybody can tell me is that no payment has not been received. Not any of the people I spoke to even know of [URL Removed] which is a payment method recommended by Edcon on the monthly statements they send out. A lady Lungile phoned me yesterday saying she would send me an email that I could send her my proof of payment. I have heard nothing from her, the is no email and I am still being nagged about not making payment to my account. I just need to show and send proof of payment. I can't believe such a huge company does not have a proper procedure to do this. I'm tired of being nagged and when I explain that I have made payment the is no way to show that I have paid!
