Account Still Suspended a Week after Full Payment

I have a cellphone contract with 8ta that ends this year November. All was going well until December -8ta did not debit my account. They didn't debit in January either but I was unaware as there is always money in my account and 8ta was still uploading my minutes on a monthly basis. They suspended my account in Mid January and sent me an sms that they would debit on the 25th of Feb. AGAIN they did NOT debit so I went to Absa and made a manual payment. I phoned and was assisted by Aiden Davids on the 8ta suspensions team. He told me to email him my proof of payment and he would resolve the matter. I emailed the proof of payment and phoned again. Aiden confirmed that he had received my proof of payment and was handling my problem. Today is the 1st of March and my service is STILL suspended!!! I paid on the 25th!!! WHY IS MY PHONE STILL OFF??? And to add salt to the wound -I have received an sms threatening to blacklist me if I don't make payment! MY ACCOUNT IS PAID!!! I am at my witts end now and just want this contract to be terminated as soon as possible because my experiance with 8ta and its employees has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
