Small damage, long time to repai

I am still waiting for my cell phone to be returned to me. It was handed in on 16/01/2013 for repair to a cracked screen and it was insured. I do not know why it was sent for "repair"... Not simply replaced by the shop. I was promised return within 1 week.

Over a week passed and no correspondence had come to me. I spoke to the repair centre and found my phone had not been sent for service at all, yet on the day I handed in my phone they told me it was already submitted for repair. I know this because I returned to the shop 1 hour after handing it in as I had a query and was told the phone had already been sent away.

I am still waiting for any feedback. To my understanding the phone is not fixed. I cannot reach the store and the telephone in store only rings. I have emailed via the Vodacom online form last week. Still no reply. I am very unhappy it is taking so long.

I really do need that phone back by now! I have not been able to use my sim at all. This is a serious problem now.
