Can you believe this!!!

Hello Peter.

Its hard to believe that this is how a client is being treated. I upgraded on the 19/03/2013. to a Lumina 820 . The phone was restarting it self.so I took it back the shop attended changed some setting then gave it back. This still did not resolve the problem. So back it when again. Me my wife and two shop attendants check the device and all agree that there were no damage on the phone. It was also captured like this on the report. The phone came back for the repair shop and it was damage. They sent it back just like that did nothing even to try to repair the phone. After phoning this Dumisa I insisted for my new phone he said this will not happened and we must sent back the phone for him to see where it was damage. This beats the out of me. After 10 calls to Vodacom I still have no joy .and all I got when I Phone Dumisa Is an arrogant attitude and while I spoke to him he just put the phone down and left me hanging I could clearly hear him in the back ground later he picked up the phone and said the line when bad. Can you believe that? this is now a week long fight. How can they keep me accountable for this Its an internal problem.
