Blacklisted phone received after repairs

In October 2012 I handed my Blackberry in for repair (ref 8261414) after - 7 days I received another phone cause the 1st phone was beyond repair. The following day I took the 2nd phone back cause the mute button did not work & after another - 7days i had to call Vodacom only to find out the phone was already in their store awaiting collection. I was never informed by Vodacom. Yesterday, 04/06/2013 after texting I wanted to make a call and there was no network coverage, called Vodacom who advised that they are unable to assist because there's nothing wrong with my cell nr & i should contact the repair shop. I spoke with Nthabiseng who said the phone was reported in Dec 2012 she referred me to Blacklistings 0821954. I spoke with Nthombi who informed that the phone is blacklisted but not with my cell nr & there's no record of any request to blacklist the device I should go back to the repair shop. There I was told to take the phone in with a WAITING PERIOD of 7-10days. This is ridiculous & unacceptable after being a loyal & long Vodacom subscriber I am NOT prepared to wait that long and DEMAND PROPER SERVICE as this is insulting to say the least. So much for SERVICE
