Contract - still waiting on manage

Eceived call from agent on 3rd Jan, spoke to Jody Van Niekerk adv that I that I qualify for an upgrade, however needs to confirm my details first. I asked her if she is sure, she confirmed my ID# and address, said yes she's positive. I asked her if I qualify for the Blackberry 9320, she asked me to hold, then said yes and she read out the terms and conditions and adv that the cell phone will be delivered within 5 days. 6 days later I contacted 084140 to change the delivery address as I'm back at work from leave. Spoke to lady (agent) adv me that I do not qualify, but he'll get Jody's team leader to give me a call by before 15h00. 15h45 I contacted the call centre again spoke a gentleman (thembilani) promised me that Jody's manager will give me a call by before 17h00. 17h30 Jody contacted me, I asked her if I can speak to her manager as I was promised that he'll give me a call by 17h00. She said he's unavailable and it was a system error. I'm so disappointed in the service I've received from Cell C. All she can say it was a system error after I confirmed all my details to a stranger. Up until today I did not get a call from a manager.
