I just want my phone

I booked in my sony xperia go which was 2 weeks old for repairs at the mtn service centre in gatemax on Sunday 12/01/14. the phone only reached the repair centre on wed 15/01/13. i was calling the whole week to get feedback on my phone, but no one was helping me, they kept telling me to call the next day or they will email someone to get back to me but no one got back to me. i called today and they said the phone warranty was approved and i will receive a new one but i have to wait for the ref no and give to mtn direct, A guy who was helping me on friday got back to me and told me its been approved, i asked him if its going to take a week to get my phone and he said more or less. i phoned and told them a week is too long to wait, the lady who handle my contract said she will find out and let me know... no one got back to me. i want my new phone now, because i do not think its fair that i should pay for a phone i hardly had and currently don't have.. all i ask is to give me the phone. I'm tired of waiting
