ANGRY CUSTOMER COMLAINT

I did do an upgrade for an SONY XPERIA T.The phone just went dead & took the phone same time back to MTN South Gate Mall after they told me that my phone is going to be sent for warranty, 3days later they tell me that they charged my phone & it went on, but when I did that at home it never went on at all this was in May. The phone was fine, in June 2013 the same thing happened I told them that I want this to go for warranty & that I want a new phone, i do not want them to do anything on the phone. They phoned me in July 2013 telling that I should come to MTN South Gate Mall to collect my phone. When I got there they told me that Warranty approved that I can receive a new phone, then I had to choose the phone I want, on the 26 of July I told them I want a SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 a silver one they said they are out of stock but he will call me in the week to tell me when I should collect it. After 3weeks they phone my dad to fetch the New phone on 20/08 they made him wait almost 2hours Kgothatso hesitate to give the new phone he had in his hands. He came back with my old phone telling my dad Warranty declined my request. WHY AFTER 2MONTHS WILL THEY TELL ME THIS!
IM NOT LEAVING THIS MATTER SO!
