A really terrible customer care experience

I have been with openweb for a few month. During that time I have suffered repeated ADSL outages requiring them to constantly "reroute" or delete and recreate my account. There customer care line is only available during certain business hours, which I knew when I signed up with them. My problem, and the core of my complaint with this isp, is that the people working at the call center have no idea what they are doing. During a 1 day period I called no less than 6 times. The people answering the phone had absolutely no knowledge of their industry and all they were able to do was transfer my call to numbers which just rang for ages until I was put back to the call center, or take messages which were never returned. I left at least 3 messages for technical and at least 2 messages for the call center management. At the end of the day they were able to reroute my account but refused to look into why nobody returns my calls. I strongly advise against using this service provider as they provide a terrible customer care experience.
