I have had my Sony Z about 3 months and had found a pouch for my phone so doesnt get any damage to it for it is such a expensive phone and when taking the phone out to take pictures i saw a crack on the back of the phone that comes from th einside of the phone to the outside that hasnt come through all the way and looked into it further on the net and there is a few phones with the same problem. i sent it back to MTN for i feel that this isa manufacture fault and sent the phone on the 24/11/13 as a warrenty assist and have being waiting 2 weeks for a answer and on the 12 th of December i asked to speak to the warrenty centre that are looking at the phone and they tell me that i had damaged the phone and they will not cover the phone and i need to get Sony to repair the phone and i will have to cover the cost i tried to explain that when taking out the contract it is covered with the CPA and didnt want to listen and said that the phone was sent back to the shop on the 5th of December. i find that this is such terrible service to wait two weeks to find out that they are just sending my phone back to me without even letting me know.
