Content Charge/ 3rd Party Billing

I have just gone through my invoice and found a charge for "Content Charge".
Apparantly this relates to some kiddies website that I subscribed to for R7/day and has been active for 100 days already.
The billing is managed by Mira Network on behalf of Flexyville.
When asked when this was authorised to be deducted on my account, MTN tells me they have no control over this.
How is it possible that my service provider can bill me for goods i did not authorise when signing my contract?
