MTN -Stop allowing deduction for Content Charge

I received my monthly bill this morning online and found a content charge of R250.00. I then went online to read about these type of charges before i contact MTN. It was then that i remembered receiving a link for pictures that i accidently clicked on yes. But immediately after i sent a text to opt out. I then contact MTN and they gave me the details for Mira Network 0861106472 who then advise that they the middle man for Honolux 0875502269. What are you serious!!! Now i cant get a hold of anyone in order to have my money refunded. Mira Network is saying they need an itemised bill showing i requested to opt out... Then theyl consider me for a refund but first a request will have to be sent to Honolux... Im so mad right now... MTN you better resolve my query or therel be to pay im serious... I trust you with my billing monthly and im losing confidence by the second.
