I have content charge on my cell bill that I did not know about. When asking my serv provider they gave me the number for Mira Networks. I phoned and could unsubscribe but I do not even know to what I apparently subscribed to? Also on the site it says press 2 to speak to a operator but when I do that I get disconnected. Why are they so afraid to speak to me.
On the Mira site is a terms and conditions page. I did not sign this or even knew about Mira until I was billed. I would like to know when I agreed to these charges? I got an sms from Mira stating they have received a request to unsubscribe from MobileNobo and MorvecWAP. But I never received an sms to say I subscribed to them. Why is it so easy to take the money but impossible to get a refund. Also where is the "content" which I now already paid for? I did reply STOP to an sms from 31122 but was still billed for it. How is it so easy for a 3rd party to charge money to my account. I entrust my serv provider with my account and should be notified of charges from a 3rd party. I sent a mail to [Email Removed] but have received no feedback. If this is so legal how is it impossible to get in contact with them.
