I am a MTN Service Provider customer since 1999. Acc. no. A0382162. On my latest Tax Invoice appear a charge for "Content Charge" from Mira Networks for Stormy Alerts 44539. I have never requested or authorised this service nor the billing to my MTN Account. I am the only user of my Handset and never requested this service. MTN Call Centre can not assist after repeatedly informing the agent that I did not request this service. I demand that the charge be credited from my account!
