Subscribed to content without my knowledge

I noticed that I was subscribed to a content service, Stormy Alerts from 2013/09/13 and to another content service Flexyville on 2013/10/09, via the CellC Network. This was only picked up by myself on 17 Dec 2013, I contacted Annelize Breed from miranetworks who advised that I was sent a conformation SMS from both parties so deal with them. This I did and received a call from Stormy Alerts advising that as I had not knowingly joined their content, and had not ever accessed it, my premiums would be refunded, still waiting. Flexyville has however given me a flat ignore, I guess if they do not respond they can please ignorance.

Flexyvill read my emails, sent 2 now, and action my request for a refund. I find this type of billing distasteful and offensive. What justification have to you to action such a, no where have a signed a contract with you, given you my details, these you got from my service provider, CellC.

Action my request and send me a refund for the premiums taken from me.
