NEW CELLPHONE NOT WORKING DAY AFTER PURCHASE

ON WEDNESDAY 8 JANUARY 2014, I RECEIVED A LUMIA 520 HOWEVER BY THURSDAY 9 JANUARY 2014 THE PHONE FROZE, THE BATTERY HEATED UP WHILE CHARGING, WHEN THE PHONE WAS RECEIVED THERE WAS NO PROTECTIVE PLASTIC COVER OVER THE SCREEN OF THE PHONE THEREFORE ASSUMING THE PHONE IS PROBABLY SECOND HAND!! I CALLED CELL C DIRECT WHO PROVIDED THE SERVICE AS I BOUGHT THE PHONE VIA THEM ON CONTRACT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD GO INSTORE AND TAKE THE MATTER UP-INTURN THE STAFF TOLD ME I SHOULD CALL CELL C DIRECT AND EXPRESS MY QUERY! I DID THAT AND IT WAS A BACK AND FORTH THING WITH NONE OF MY QUESTIONS BEING ANSWERED! EVENTUALLY THEY EXPLAINED TO ME A 21 DAY POLICY AND THE PHONE NEEDS TO GO IN FOR ASSESMENT, THE COURIERS COLLEDCTED THE PHONE ON WEDNESDAY- 15 JAN 14 NOT KNOWING WHERE THE PHONE SHOULD GO TO AGAIN!!! I HAD TO CALL CELL C DIECT FOR THE UMTINTH TIME! EVEN THE REGIONAL OFFICES! AT THE MOMENT MY PHONE HAS NOT EVEN REACHED THE REAPAIR WAREHOUSE! IM SITTING WITH NO PHONE, MY DEBIT ORDER WILL BE GOING OFF NEXT WEEK AND I AM PHONLESS!! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THIS!! I WANT A NEW PHONE AS STIPULATED IN THE 7 DAY EXCHANGE CLAUSE POLICY!!! I AM SICK, TIRED AND APPAULED!
