VODACOM SA; biggest mobile telecommunications company in SA. Yet you cannot get a simple task like showing the correct data balance for my account summary on your website.
My account summary reflects 0kb ALL month, yet I actually have over 2gb (I had to call the call centre). And this has not been "downtime" for one day. It has been like that for the entire month. 18 days.
I select "contact us" - and get redirected to the business page??
Your useless mobile app also doesn't work either; I select data balance - and it shows me the airtime balance (?).
