So I received an sms stating my data is finished. I dail *111# to confirm that. To my surprise it shows I still have 102mb left. Anyway I dail *111# again and purchase 250mb just to make sure. Afterwards I dail *111# again
to check if my newly purchased data reflects as my airtime was deducted but to my surprise its still showing 102mb only.. This is not the first time im having this sort of problem and I feel cheated. I want my correct balance to reflect asap or I want a refund. Also I would like a detailed data summary e-mailed to me as my data depletes way to fast for a phone that is only being used occasionally for whatsapp..(I have a blackberry which I use for facebook and all the other internet based applications.)
