Mobile data not loaded every month

Since November 2012 I activated a 1 gig mobile data (month to month) with Vodacom. Since then every month I'm having trouble with the loading of my data and I have to phone the call centre which in any case has no customer service, and all they tell me is they will load a request again. I'm fed up with Vodacom. I have to pay my account on the specific date or else they are quick to phone for there money, but now my airtime is being used instead of data and all I have to do is wait another 24 hours. One month it took more than 7 days to get my data wich I pay for.
