Can't access data bundle information

I can't access data bundle information. I have an Ipad with a vodacom data sim card. I've downloaded the My Vodacom app and when doing a query on my data bundle balance it says the information is not available. I've also registered on the website, same problem: No bundle information available (even though I used to be able to access the information in this way before). I refuse to phone the useless call centre every time I want to know my data balance. I also refuse to take the sim card out my ipad and insert it into a mobile phone to check the balance every time (that is the most solution suggested to me by the useless call centre agents). When the contract expires I will look at my other options.
