Continued unneccesary billing

I have been Afrihost customer for a period of 4 years and 1 month. In August 2013 I signed up for Mobile data promotion where I would be given free Mi-fi Device and they did so payed R198 and got my goods. Come octorber 1st I got surprised by Debit order of R248 and I didn't put much attention then again in November 1st I got same debit order that's when I called the call center to ask why are they charging me more of what they suppose to. I talked with Agent then He told me the reason I am being charge more than is because I signed up for Mobile data plus R83 Device plan, I told him I signed up through the link Afrihost sent me before the Promotion went live in September. He said he will ask his supervisor about this issue he asked if I could hold for few minutes which I did...*10minutes gone* he come's back only to tell me that the so called Ghost supervisor told him that as long the company is getting money its not his concern to have time to deal with technical error's of the sign up process. Wf is that? How can you tell me its not your concern for technical error's? What's the use of paying for something I don't enjoy? Am done with Afrihost. I don't need reply to this..
