I ordered a phone and contract on line, I was not informed of the option to keep my previous number, now a day later they want to charge me R250 for keeping my old number. This is pathetic as they are at fault. No wonder people don't want to change their service provider. They are getting R 500 a month for 2 years, they could try nor to me.
