About 2 weeks ago I phoned customer service to tel me when I can upgrade on my contract. They said I can upgrade on 13 January 2014. I went on 18 january 2014 and they said I can't upgrade until 1 February 2014. I drove over 200km wasted my time and money because they just said sorry we can't. This was n mistake by Vodacom customer service and now I have to drive 200km again, taking another day of work my time and my money for vodacoms mistake! Unexceptable
