BAD to No - Signal / Reception / Network

We recently fell for the "good" marketing of the Cell C cellphone provider. Me and my wife decided to part with our "previous" cell phone provider of witch myself and her have been part of for the last 12 Years. Because of the the great prices and promises that cell c claim to have. (just to add in the last 12 years we both didn't't have a single days problem with our previous provider) so my wife waited to do the number porting process then moved over to cell c (I wanted to move over end of this month) BUT ever since she got the cell c contract she is CONSTANTLY unavailable when you try and call her, she cant make calls. Sms's and Whatsupp messages don't go through. This is so frustrating you can never get hold of her, so their is no point in having the phone. I am currently investigating possibilities to get out of this really bad company contract as the consumer act promises us that if we pay for service we must get it. To me this is false advertising as they claim on the coverage map that we have service on ALL the areas we currently don't have service... I was afraid of something like this before she moved over. But after checking their coverage maps, etc. all looked "legit
