INCORRECT INFORMATION

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF CELL C FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I AM DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE
FIRSTLY I WAS BEGGED TO RENEW MY CONTRACT AND I DECIDED TO SUPRISE MY DAD WITH A PHONE, NATASHA AT CELL C CALL CENTRE INFORMED ME IT IS R80 TO CHANGE THE CONTRACT NUMBER TO HIS - BUT I MUST FIRST PORT HIS CURRENT NUMBER WHICH I DID.
WHEN I PHONED YESTERDAY, 19MAR13 - A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY - FROM R80 - R500.
I HAVE RIGHTS AS THE CONSUMER AND WOULD LIKE CELL C TO HONOUR THE R80 - FOR INFORMATION THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AND THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS.
IF THEY CANT THEN I AM PLANNING TO CANCELL ALL 3 CONTRACTS I HAVE WITH THEM. I WAS LOYAL AND I EXPECT SOME HELP FROM CELL C
