SWITCH to CELL C... NOT!!

I finally realize why I was paying more at Vodacom, for service! Honestly since deciding to change to Cell C, I have has nothing but grief. I call Cell C direct to order my new phone, at the time my Vodacom number was not yet available for port, agent assured me that was fine we could go ahead with order. I was advised phone would be deliver in 10 days, and that they had stock. I never heard from anyone at Cell C for 3 weeks, even email sales guys he never responded (Angelo Graham), I suppose he just wanted the sale, forget after sales services. Anyways, I called Cell C to find out the progress, was told my port was declined, they can still dispatch the phone, and I can do a number change, "free of charge", when my number was available for port. I received my phone eventually, then call them when my number was available to port for the number change, agent confirmed it would happen within 3 days (no charge), nothing happened in 3 days. So I gave then 3 WEEKS grace, when I called AGAIN on Monday 26/08/2013, the agent said yes they could gladly change the number, but I would have to pay R250.
