I bought the adsl special in December last year. Tried to hook it up last week but it would not work. Called the call center. It took 30 min for an agent to answer. After an hour on the phone the agent said there is a fault on the line. Called them two days ago the agent said there's a problem on exchange and an escalation was logged. Ten days gone and nothing happened. I need my internet for my open distance studies programme but these guys won't understand. This is just the worst service on the planet. Plus I've been billed for this for the last two months. What a joke telkom
