On 6th the of January I complained on hello peter about the poor service I got at Clear Water mall branch, in 2 days time I received a call from Blanche at the head office. She expressed her disappointment with manner in which my query was handled and apologised, she assured me that Cell C does not condone the manner in which I was treated and that they don't treat their customers that way. She promised to take the matter up with the branch and finally she refunded my R50 in a form of air time. Thank you Cell C for caring and treating me with respect..
