I installed my DSL (2 Mbps) line last year in December, i never get a speed over 0.6 Mbps and have been complaining regarding this and not getting any assistance.
Late last year i post a complain on Hellopeter and it was only responded to this year on the 9th January with a request for me to email my reference number to [Email Removed] which i did on the same day. i have since then been waiting for response from Telkom.
