Have been waiting for 15 days after i was told my adsl is activated and still no adsl line i have spent hours and many days trying to resolve this. I logged a complaint on hello peter and it seemed promising, I called days later and was told that I was not on the exchange even though my order and activation was complete. I called the following day and was told that the technician did not finish that he left a note saying he will finis that day.. Nothing happened. Called in again and to my surprise after this bit of progress I was told that the they could not see the escalation reference number is ARS 231916 and that my call logged 140ewz02813 was for the line and not adsl, it must be escalated to the back office (I have a working regular line) the agent added a note for that 535504 so here I go again https:///telkom/complaints/no-adsl-even-though-activated-and-order-completed-1159588
PLEASE HELP AND GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST IN GETTING A LINE UP AND RUNNING AT MY HOME, GET ME ON THE EXCHANGE. I GOT MY SMS, I GOT MY LOGIN DETAILS, MY LINE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ACTIVATED AND EVERYTHING UP ACCORDING TO TELKOM. HEEEELLLPPPP ONCE AGAIN.
